Vaanya Yellapantula is the Lead Designer and Co-founder of Mouldora Design Services. She works on plastic-product CAD, manufacturing-oriented component development, DFM assessment, core-and-cavity development and mould-design documentation.

How a project proceeds

From the first file to the agreed release.

  1. Send the available informationShare the model, drawing or reference photograph and explain the required outcome.
  2. Check the inputsWe inspect file quality and ask about missing dimensions, material or production details.
  3. Agree the scopeDeliverables, exclusions, timeline, revisions and commercial terms are recorded.
  4. Review the design directionDFM observations or the proposed approach are discussed before detailed work.
  5. Develop and correctThe agreed product or mould work is developed and revisions are tracked.
  6. Release the filesFinal files are issued in the formats named in the accepted quotation.

Project outputs

What You May Receive

Depending on the agreed work, outputs may include 3D STEP, STP, IGES or Parasolid models; PDF, DWG or DXF drawings; and annotated product views or DFM observations.

Product corrections, core and cavity models, mould assembly, component drawings, a bill of materials, a revision register and a final delivery package may be included where relevant.

Only the deliverables listed in the accepted quotation are included.
